Challenge

Financial and trade finance information is often complex and difficult to communicate clearly through email. The challenge was to transform technical information into content that felt accessible, professional and engaging for a business audience.

Approach

I developed newsletter layouts that prioritized readability, hierarchy and visual consistency. Each edition combined company updates, market news, transaction highlights and educational content into a structured communication format.

Content Design

Focus areas: visual hierarchy, modular email design, corporate branding consistency and mobile-friendly layouts.

Featured Sections

Newsletter cover, Recent Deals, Market News and Trade Finance Insight — each treated as its own editorial module.

Outcome

The newsletters helped communicate company activity, industry developments and financing insights to an international audience. 3 editions produced · 650+ recipients · 22% average open rate.

Reflection

This project strengthened my skills in corporate communication, information design, stakeholder-focused content creation and email marketing.
